Security Code
Use the Security Code page to start the process of logging into your account during the first time user set up or to log in again after you've been locked out of your account. This process is used for both organizations that use Multifactor Authentication and those who do not.

Security code email Top
You will receive an email after your account is unlocked in IAM. You'll enter the security code from your email on the Security Code page. If you don't receive this email, contact your system administrator.
To log in using a security code Top
- In your security code email, click the Create Your Profile link.
- On the Security Code page, enter your security code from the email. To reduce the risk of errors, cut and paste the security code into the Security Code field.
- Click Submit.
- Review the confirmation message stating an email has been sent to your email account with further instructions and click OK. The Sign In page appears.
- In your email account, open the email that contains your 10-digit security code and click the URL.
- On the Security Code page, enter your security code, or copy it from your email and paste it into the Security Code field.
- Click Submit.
- On the Set New Password page, enter your new password, and then enter it again to confirm it.
- Click Save. A confirmation message appears stating that your password was changed and an email was sent to your email account.
- Click Submit.
- On the Secret Questions page, select a different question and enter an answer for each question on the page. Answers aren't case-sensitive, but are space-sensitive.
- Click Save. The Sign In page appears.
- On the Sign In page, enter your User Id and Password.
- Click Sign In.
